Historically, a region known for sword-making, nails and tools, it is currently a center for high-quality, well-designed kitchen and tableware made from stainless steel and other metals. While the tradition of craftsmanship is always present, modern technology and design forge ahead, making it exciting to see what comes from Tsubame-Sanjo.
