Shopping with KOBOSeattle. 

We work with many designers, artists and artisans and may have limited quantities on hand. Some pieces may require some lead time. Usually we’ll have it noted in the product description. If you want something within a specific time frame, please email us at hello@koboseattle.com so we can confirm what the estimated delivery time will be. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to accommodate your request.  

 

About Shipping & Returns

Regular Shipping

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, internationally at this time.

Canadian residents can place orders by phone. Please contact us at (206) 726-0704. 

We will ship your order 2-5 business days after receiving payment. Most merchandise will arrive in 7-10 business days. Please consider the time that weekends and holidays will build into your delivery time. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, sometimes FedEx, and packaged by us with care. Shipping costs are based on weight, size and the delivery address. Please contact us at hello@koboseattle.com if you have additional questions about placing an order.

Washington State Residents
Washington state sales tax will be applied.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.

Buying a gift? Gift wrapping is complimentary. Please let us know if you need something wrapped, and the "Gift Wrapping" checkbox below product description does not appear.


Returns
All returns MUST be pre-authorized by KOBO Customer Service (hello@koboseattle.com). Returns made without pre-authorization will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be postmarked within for 14 days from the delivery date. No credit or refund will be issued past this period. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Merchandise must be received by KOBO in the original packaging and in resalable (new) condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods, and any damage will be the responsibility of the customer. Pack with care to protect merchandise during return shipping so it will arrive undamaged. We recommend using a carrier such as FedEx or UPS that provides tracking and insurance if needed.

Exchanges
All exchanges must be pre-authorized by KOBO Customer Service (hello@koboseattle.com). Exchange made without pre-authorization will not be accepted. Merchandise must be postmarked for exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. No exchange will be made past this period. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges that occur for this transaction. Merchandise must be received in its original packing, and in resalable (new) condition.

Damage during shipping
Please inspect all items thoroughly upon arrival. If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately no later than 7 days of receipt. We will process a claim with the shipping company. They will require inspection so please hold on to all packing materials and items until further notice. Damaged items that are returned without notifying us will not be accepted.
