Tomoko Suzuki at Bremelo Press

Fresh off the press! Tomoko Suzuki's figures are predominant icons in her art and her visual interpretation of the Bodhisattvas. These Bodhisattvas are struggling and suffering in order to advance to enlightenment while helping others to do the same. The Gray Figures series was printed on a letterset press at Bremelo Press in Seattle.

Artist, Lynda Sherman of Bremelo Press interviews Tomoko Suzuki. Click here to read it on the Life at Kobo Blog. Photos were taken by Lynda Sherman.
