Sendan Lines. Handmade ceramic tea pot by traditional craftsman, Jiro Umehara, based in Tokoname. The wide mouth makes it easier to see the amount of tea leaves in the pot. The lined patterns are called “Sendan” which means 1000 steps in Japanese. Features a built-in ceramic filter that is also hand made.
