Karhu Calendar 2016

The Karhu Calendar 2016 has sold out. The next year's calendar will be available in October.

Each calendar is gift wrapped.  2016 is the Year of the Monkey!

The charming paintings and writings were produced by Clifton Karhu (1927-2007).  The famous  calendar is produced by the Clifton Karhu family who are from Kyoto, Japan. Featured each month is a whimsical painting with a witty saying in both Japanese and English.  Calendar dimensions are 34x3.5 inches.

Monkeys are believed to be wise and messengers of Shinto gods and Japanese deities. This sign represents “cleverness” and “curiosity”.
