Iwai Onsen, the oldest hot spring in the San'in region with a history of 1,300 years. wooden carved zodiac doll from Iwai Onsen, created by Oguraya. Designed by the eighth-generation artist Koji Ogura in the early Showa period. Made from the wood of the ego tree, the doll is shaped using lathe turning and then coated with gofun (white pigment) and colored with clay paints. This is a vintage piece.
