Bush Garden Reduction Linocut 02 - PCONCAVE

PCONCAVE, a.k.a. Patrick Connelly, is a Seattle based printmaker and filmmaker. He uses the printmaking medium to explore the visual themes in film. "I’ve always loved the variety of vintage signs in the CID (Chinatown International District) in Seattle. And having lived in the area for several years now, I pass by them often. I really appreciate how they symbolize the character of the neighborhood, and its lasting history. I made these linocut prints to celebrate that, and as a way to feel more connected to the space I inhabit. These prints are part of an ongoing series of CID iconography."
