How to Book:
Appointments are scheduled Wednesday-Saturday, between 12-4pm.
Please add your appointment time to the cart and go through the checkout process (there is no charge for booking an appointment).
After booking, please look for an email from "Sesami" our booking app confirming your appointment time. If you do not receive an email – it means your reservation did not go through – please try again or contact us (206) 726-0704.
In Preparation for your Appointment:
- Please cancel your appointment if you are sick or start to feel symptoms of being sick. [CDC link]
- An appointment is 30 minutes long (includes check out time.)
- If there's an item in our web shop you'd like to see in-person, please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment so we can have it ready. Some web items are stored in another location so it may take us time to find it.
- Please let us know if you are arriving with someone other than yourself. Our space is quite small and for safety reasons have a capacity limit. Two persons from the same household is okay.
- KOBO staff and customers are required to wear masks at all times.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entering the store before handling any merchandise. Please do not handle your cell phone while shopping.
- An air purifier using UV light to break down viruses, bacteria, mold, VOCs and odors, sanitizing air and surfaces will be continuously running in the space.
- Checkout area and surfaces will be cleaned throughout the day.
