1950s Japanese Haori - Black with White and Red Flower Pattern

Traditionally, the Japanese Haori is a coat worn over a kimono and almost always hip or thigh length and worn open and loose. Sleeves are about 12" in length and the opening is roughly 17.5". Shoulder to Shoulder Seam: approx. 23.5". Length: 29". The mannequin pictured is US size 4-6. 

This piece can go with almost any outfit --  over a white t-shirt and faded jeans, a black dress, white dress shirt and slacks -- endless possibilities.

Vintage piece. Made in Japan.
